这首诗的第一段最早出自于香港作家张小娴的一本八年前完成的小说，

后来这段文字在TW很流行，一群医学院的大学生在BBS上对其进行了集体创作接龙，而又不知从何时起，2r4c5m-pc ?
诗文被署上了泰戈尔的大名。
