When registering each team must:

²       Pay 100RMB registration fee

²       Give 2 contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses  - d1 a3 L( q+ T8 F* s+ O
填写2个可联系的名字、手机电话及电子邮件地址。
²       Give the name of their team

To register go to Xiada University football pitches on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th November 2007 between 2pm and 4pm) w0 I3 Q* p* ?" J- w) o

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE# }& r4 K. {; y/ p9 _" y

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.  + P+ _3 W6 {6 P7 B3 u$ T& v
16支球队将被分成4个小组，每组4支球队。

During Stage 1 each team will play 3 matches.
每队在小组中将进行3场比赛。

The Winner and Runner Up from each group will progress to stage 2

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher  ! |5 w0 n$ u2 w6 s' U! s. Z) c8 G
当两支球队积分相同时，哪只球队的进球数多，那支球队将会排在前面。0 ^  P/ h. Z. ^  v8 B6 ~6 x

In the event of teams having the same goal difference and having scored the same number of goals, a penalty contest will be held to decide which will come higher : L* N9 @& d% k! Q# e/ K2 n
当两支球队积分相同并且进球数一样多时，将进行一场点球比赛来决定谁将得到更高的排名。

On the day of the competition please arrive at the football pitches by 8.30 : _6 J/ Y. N, ~6 J$ R

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE& R) h+ ~0 @5 A, T3 S

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner
如果比赛到最后还是平局时，将使用点球决定胜负。

COMPETITION RULES
竞赛规则：
l       The football matches are all 6 a side* X1 f  S9 @: ]1 y3 B8 E6 y- J
所有的比赛全部为6人制。

l       When playing each team is to have 1 goalkeeper and 5 outfield players.2 ]) y  C  Y, h9 i) G" d& l
比赛中每支球队将会有一名守门员及5名场上球员。
3 F* M; x1 w# k1 l% R0 \2 q
l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players)
每支球队最多可以拥有2名替补球员。

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.
每支球队都可以无限次数的替换球员。

l       Substitutions can only occur when the ball is out of play+ I8 S/ J7 p# [* {4 d
替补队员只能在球出界和其他暂停比赛的时候进行替换。

l       Each game lasts 10 minutes with no half time.4 N& v& H) u+ \: s! ?

l       Instead of throw-ins there are kick-ins

l       The ball is allowed over head height

l       After a goal has been scored the ball must be placed on the center spot and the match restarted.

l       Any player sent off will be excluded from the rest of the competition

l       Penalties are to be taken from the edge of the penalty area.

u       Each team will have 5 penalties

如果在5次射门后比分仍然相同，将使用突然死亡法进行剩下的点球比赛。
