When registering each team must:

100元的报名费。
²       Give 2 contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses
填写2个可联系的名字、手机电话及电子邮件地址。& O" U; M) y, Q/ B0 `4 S
²       Give the name of their team  $ C* v2 w+ H9 H+ m4 t$ n+ x

To register go to Xiada University football pitches on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th November 2007 between 2pm and 4pm$ }: v7 r$ b# o8 _* F2 ]

In the case of the tournament being cancelled teams will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or to enter the next tournament.

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE
第一阶段：小组循环赛：9 c# p. q( Z6 n' E  ]6 {

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.
16支球队将被分成4个小组，每组4支球队。

During Stage 1 each team will play 3 matches.
每队在小组中将进行3场比赛。

Teams are awarded:

u       3 points for a win

The Winner and Runner Up from each group will progress to stage 2 " m) k/ Q% z/ P, Z1 P" h

Goal difference (goals for and against) will be recorded.

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher  / \& b6 ^8 x2 X( @: ~

In the event of teams having the same goal difference and having scored the same number of goals, a penalty contest will be held to decide which will come higher

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE厦门越野联盟( a+ _' u* c2 {  z4 ?8 e$ l

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner  " h5 v. i7 a8 a8 W

COMPETITION RULES

l       When playing each team is to have 1 goalkeeper and 5 outfield players.
比赛中每支球队将会有一名守门员及5名场上球员。4 M* h2 D3 Q! A3 |' c  _  H

l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players)9 J2 T. G2 L6 e4 ~" O
每支球队最多可以拥有2名替补球员。' z4 q2 D2 ^0 t$ J/ D# {

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.

l       Penalties are to be taken from the edge of the penalty area.

l       In the event of penalties needed to decide a game

u       Each team will have 5 penalties
