When registering each team must:
当球队注册的时候必须注意如下事项：

填写2个可联系的名字、手机电话及电子邮件地址。
²       Give the name of their team

To register go to Xiada University football pitches on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th November 2007 between 2pm and 4pm

Registration fees are non-refundable
注册费用为不退还。

In the case of the tournament being cancelled teams will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or to enter the next tournament.

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE
第一阶段：小组循环赛：+ ~) ^& T, R! w8 G4 ]+ b- Z

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.  ! G) R% t8 J' {3 X; {
16支球队将被分成4个小组，每组4支球队。

During Stage 1 each team will play 3 matches.  厦门越野联盟1 ^. K& V9 k7 c; [+ z, I

The Winner and Runner Up from each group will progress to stage 2 $ x* M+ ~$ ^0 h7 r( g
每小组的头两名进入第二阶段淘汰赛。

Goal difference (goals for and against) will be recorded.

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher
当两支球队积分相同时，哪只球队的进球数多，那支球队将会排在前面。

当两支球队积分相同并且进球数一样多时，将进行一场点球比赛来决定谁将得到更高的排名。

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE' }; K1 u( r8 e# Q( F# A$ e& b

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner
如果比赛到最后还是平局时，将使用点球决定胜负。

COMPETITION RULES
竞赛规则：8 @6 F, `8 L9 |% j& Y" M
l       The football matches are all 6 a side, |0 B- Z, }) Y- f) o: @* y0 v8 c7 p
所有的比赛全部为6人制。

l       When playing each team is to have 1 goalkeeper and 5 outfield players., O/ q! }$ v" F
比赛中每支球队将会有一名守门员及5名场上球员。厦门越野联盟3 S6 n' ^6 K* y% b

l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players)1 r8 N- [. b/ ~8 L) E: _# h
每支球队最多可以拥有2名替补球员。

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.厦门越野联盟0 C- N3 B/ t3 O4 U8 Q% a  K

l       Substitutions can only occur when the ball is out of play

l       Instead of throw-ins there are kick-ins

l       Players are allowed to enter the penalty area

l       The ball is allowed over head height
允许传过顶球。

l       After a goal has been scored the ball must be placed on the center spot and the match restarted.

l       Any player sent off will be excluded from the rest of the competition

l       There is no offside rule

l       In the event of penalties needed to decide a game

u       If the scores are still level then sudden death will apply.厦门越野联盟( f  N7 H( _* t$ q
